Application Procedure

Dear Prospective Nursing Student,

Thank you for your interest in ELAC Nursing! 

Educating nurses since 1945, ELAC Associate Degree Nursing Program is approved by California Board of Registered Nursing.

Our Fall 2025 application filing period is February 10 - March 7. 

Please review the Fall 2025 Application Information Session  presentation before proceeding with your application.

Application Steps

Step 1: 

Please fill out the Online Application Form completely. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. We are only accepting new applications. If you have applied previously, please apply again using this form.

Online application link goes live on 02/10/25 @ 12:01 AM.

Step 2:

Email all documents in one PDF file to email address: @email 

Subject line: Name (Last, first)_Birthday(MM/DD/YYYY)_Fall 2025

PDF File name: Name (Last, first)_Birthday(MM/DD/YYYY)_Fall 2025

A complete PDF file of your records should include:

  1. ELAC Nursing Program Application Checklist cover page.
  2. A copy of your California Driver's License/Identification Card and ELAC/LACCD Student Identification Card (if available).
  3. ATI TEAS Test Version 7, Proctored Assessment Individual Scores of all categories > or = to 62.0% (first score > or = to 62.0%, a higher repeat TEAS score will not be considered). (All four TEAS sub-categories test score print-out must be submitted.)
  4. A copy of COVID-19 vaccine card including booster shots (if available).
  5. The ELAC Multi-Criteria Screening Process for Admission Worksheet (filled out and tally score on page 3). 
  6. High school and college transcripts. Please yellow highlight courses taken that meet the admission requirements. Unofficial transcripts may be submitted. Please do not submit official transcripts until you have been instructed to do so.
  7. Additional supporting documents per the ELAC Multi-Criteria Screening Process for Admission Worksheet.
  8. Nursing counseling worksheet - RN Program Course Information (optional)
