The Student Health Center (SHC) offers presentations and workshops throughout the academic year to Faculty, Staff, Students and Clubs.
Please complete this request form to coordinate a brief 15-30 minute presentation by the Student Health Center.
You will receive an automated confirmation email once your form is received and a separate email to confirm the presentation logistics.
