Online assistance is available during Spring 2022.

Online Lab Assistance:

Tutors will provide our CAOT students with assistance through e-mail and/or Zoom meeting. If you have any questions or need additional assistance to complete your class assignments, please e-mail one of our tutors your question, and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner. You can also e-mail us if you would like to schedule a short Zoom meeting (30 minutes).

Our service hours are available from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Any question sent after hours will be answered the next working day.

Here are few things to know:

• Please contact us with your LACCD email (Example: edcba1234@student.laccd.edu).
• Make sure to include your full name, your instructor’s name, class name, and your question (if possible, supplement with screenshots or photo) in your e-mail.
• If you are unsure who might be able to assist you, please contact Silvia Serrano or Wing Shum, so a tutor can be assigned to you.
• Keep in mind that our tutors are not here to do your assignments. We encourage our students to try their best in completing their assignments. We will gladly assist you if you have some questions.
• Please be mindful that our tutors do not have access to your Canvas or textbook. Please provide us enough context, so we can better assist you.
