What is DSP&S?

Diversabilities Support Program & Services (DSP&S) supports students and provides a range of support services and accommodations to ensure an inclusive, accessible, and equitable educational experience.

Our Mission

The Diversabilities Support Program & Services (DSP&S) advocates to provide equal access to students with disabilities in higher education. Through the provision of academic adjustments and specialized services, students are empowered and advance academically, and personally, and increase their independence to become successful.

We provide a wide variety of services designed to meet students' needs, including:

• Academic Accommodations: Extended time for exams, note-taking assistance, and priority registration.
• Classroom & Testing Support: Accessible seating, adaptive technology, and distraction-reduced testing environments.
• Assistive Technology: Access to specialized software, screen readers, and other tools to enhance learning.
• Counseling & Advising: Personalized guidance on course selection, academic planning, and navigating college resources.
