The Fiscal Office
The Fiscal Office is the campus center for fee collections, disbursement of funds, and scholarship checks. The Fiscal Office also establishes and maintains all ASU accounts and sells parking permits each semester to students who have paid their enrollment fees or will pay these fees at the same time. Please visit our Refunds page for our Refunds policy (please refer to your student portal for deadlines). Refunds will be refunded via Bank Mobile, Credit Card payments will be refunded by credit card. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal check (with valid California Identification), credit card or money order.

The Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD), and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) have launched the revolutionary GoPass program for LACCD students. All LACCD students will be eligible to participate in the GoPass Program. The GoPass enables students to ride all buses and trains operated by Metro and participating transit agencies — completely free of charge. |
