Come join the festivities of the Thingyan, the Burmese water festival, an ancient tradition centered on the Burmese calendar and the new year. The traditions of this festival center around water which cleanses "sins" of the past.

Campus Activities include:

• Information Booth on Burmese Culture and coffee
• Burmese language translation - have your name in Burmese
• Water Games and Prizes
• Entertainment and Burmese Dance Show
• Traditional Burmese food, coffee and tea

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Tradition booths, games and prizes
• 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Entertainment and Burmese dance show
• 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Burmese traditional food for students
