The town hall brings focus to East Los Angeles (Unincorporated) in the late 70s and early 80s from a social, historical, political and cultural lens. Alfonso “Fox” Orozco former photographer for Lowrider Magazine takes us through a journey of Unincorporated East Los Angeles with his one-of-a-kind photos taken from this era.
