All MESA Program students and student workers are required to attain a 4-week and 8-week academic progress report from their STEM professors each fall and spring semesters. The progress report can act as an icebreaker to help MESA students build meaningful relationships with their STEM professors and track their class progress early. Additionally, the progress reports provide MESA Program director and STEM counselors with early indicators of student progress. Students identified as having potential to benefit from intrusive, yet individually-tailored, academic support will be contacted by STEM counselors directly.
Please feel free to contact us for additional information. To request progress report from your faculty, please email request to faculty directly and provide them with the following online form.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all MESA student support programs have been moved to an online platform. You are now able to get information, book appointments with counselors, and access our tutoring center via our Zoom Front Desk: https://bit.ly/mesa-online. If you prefer, you can also text us at (323) 739-2645.
