• Student ID Card -
  To receive your ELAC student ID card, first make sure you are registered for at least one class. Please bring a valid photo ID to the Student Activities office (such as driver's license, state ID, high school ID, passport, student visa, or green card). It is helpful if you also bring your class printout, or your student ID number - but if you do not have these items, we can look up the necessary information for you. Be sure to arrive at least one half hour before closing time in order to receive your ID.



• Vendors -
  To become a vendor on campus, please read through the Vendor Policies and Procedures (pdf). Then, submit an initialed Policies and Procedures form along with a Vendor Application (pdf). Vendors are restricted to activity in the vendor area (by the stairs to the B-2 Complex, south of the stadium), unless they are non-profit.
  
  Be sure to attach a copy of a photo ID, as well as your seller's permit. These items can be submitted in person or faxed to 323-265-8622.
  
  To reserve your date of appearance on campus, be sure to contact the Student Activities office directly. Email can be sent to jacksogb@elac.edu or you may call 323-265-8742.

• Free Speech Area -
  To utilize the free speech area (by the Huskie dog statue) for petitions, free offers, or other non-sales tasks, please submit a Free Speech Usage Form (pdf). This can be done ahead of time, or can be done when you arrive on campus, but it must be completed prior to your use of the free speech area. This is to acknowledge that you are aware of district policies and to notify us of the dates you will be on campus; this is not an approval process. You MUST restrict your activities to the free speech area. Failure to abide by district guidelines may result in removal from campus.



• Ticket Sales -
  Student Activities office sells tickets several different theme parks and movie theatres. Please see our Ticket Prices (pdf) page for details.



• Student Grievances -
  For student grievances, please see the Ombudsperson



• Club Use of Facilities -
  For student clubs to hold events and borrow items, submit a Student Facilities Request at least 3 business days before your event.
