Enrollment Verification & Transcript Request
All current and previous Enrollment Fees and holds must be cleared prior to requesting enrollment verifications, official college transcripts and viewing unofficial transcripts. Log on to the Student Information System (SIS) and verify all outstanding fees and holds have been cleared. The following information will be required when requesting enrollment verifications and/or transcripts:
- LACCD Student ID Number and/or Social Security Number
- Complete current and previous names used
- Dates of Attendance
- Contact Information (address, phone number and email)
Enrollment Verifications may be requested either In-Person or by Mail.
College Transcripts may be requested either On-line, In-Person or by Mail.
Enrollment Verifications and Transcript requests are NOT accepted through email or fax.

Ensure the name of student, other names used, date of birth, dates of attendance, social security number, address and phone number are included in the request.
Online: Official College transcripts, third party degree verification and attendance may be ordered online through a third party source National Student Clearinghouse. Additional service fee will be charged.
Service Options and Fees:
Regular Service ($3 per copy):
Regular enrollment verifications and/or transcript requests are processed within 10 working days. Please allow additional time for first class mail delivery by the U.S. postal service. This option allows for mail only, no pick-up option available with regular service. The first two ever received copies of enrollment verifications and/or transcripts are free of charge.
Add on Services for Transcript Requests:
- CSU/IGETC Certification - allow for additional 5 day processing time
- Hold for Final Grades - allow for additional 10-15 day or until all grades have posted processing time. Hold for final grade requests are accepted only during finals week.
Emergency Service ($10 per copy):
Emergency transcript requests are processed immediately upon request during regular business hours. Emergency service allows for pick-up and/or mail. Please allow additional time for first class mail delivery by the U.S. postal service. The first two ever received official copies of transcripts and/or verifications are $7 per copy.

Emergency Verifications are processed:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday: 11 to Noon.
Unofficial Transcripts are available online through the Student Information System (SIS) at the East Los Angeles College website. There is no fee for viewing and printing unofficial transcripts. The following information will be required to access the SIS system:
- LACCD 9 digit Student Identification Number (SIN) or Social Security Number.
- Four digit Pin number. The initial pin number is the month and day of your birthdate. For example if the birthdate is January 1 then the pin number is 0101.
If you are unable to recall the LACCD 9 digit Student Identification Number and/or Pin number you must come in person to the Admissions and Records Office and obtain the information.
