It is the responsibility of the student to have any transcripts outside of the LACCD sent over to our campus directly from that institution. Transcripts will only be considered official if they are mailed directly to ELAC’s Admissions and Records office directly from the institution where the coursework was taken. All transcripts should be on file at the time the graduation petition is evaluated by the graduation unit in Admissions and Records.
Your degree will be posted after your final grades are posted on your transcript. ELAC’s Admissions and Records will send you your diploma approximately 10-12 weeks after the end of the term.
