DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS FOR INACTIVE CLUBS:

Each year ASU strongly encourages students to not only start clubs, but to maintain them and help them grow. In certain situations, some clubs are unable to maintain their chartered status and remain inactive for one year. That club's account money is then left dormant.

ASU has created this form to give every club the opportunity to choose what happens to their money in the event that their club becomes inactive for one year. Please select one option of where you would like the funds to be distributed.

*Failure to choose one of the above options will automatically defer funds directly to the ASU General Fund (S-5).

Stipend Report:

The stipend report should reflect what is stated in the club constitution. The money that goes to the members will come from the club account and should be within reason.
