The Information Technology Department at East Los Angeles College is responsible for the campus computing infrastructure, as well as the faculty/staff email system. Located in H9-100, the IT Department assists with networking problems, troubleshoots and repairs computer related problems, and is currently in the process of redesigning the campus website.


The Information Technology Department is located in H9-100. The office hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday. Please direct all service requests to the Information Technology department Help Desk line at (323) 265-8700 or send an e-mail ithelpdesk@elac.edu or create an IT Work Order at http://ithelpdesk.elac.edu
