ONLINE SERVICES

eCHAT and LACCD Faculty Email

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the goal to keep students and all staff safe, in-person services have been suspended at all colleges until further notice. We are prepared to modify operations with options that will still allow us to continue to serve you. The following services are available through eChat and LACCD email. These services will allow you to:

  • Add Students
  • Exclude Students
  • Grade Change Card (Submission)
  • In Lieu of Grade Card (Submission)
  • Mandatory Exclusion Roster
  • Permission Numbers
  • Reinstate Student
  • Students Not Appearing on Roster
  • Supplemental Exclusion Roster

 

General Attendance and Accounting Roster questions.
eChat: This service will allow you to chat live with our Attendance and Accounting staff and upload forms. You will need to utilize your SIS faculty login to initiate a chat. Staff are available during operation hours.

LACCD Faculty Email: This service will allow you to submit questions and upload PDF forms. You will receive response withing 24 hours.
