ELAC Leadership Framework
The Guided Pathways framework will assist colleges in improving student achievement outcomes by focusing efforts throughout the system on effective practices and interventions and integrating planning across all divisions.
Guided Pathways Framework will serve as a vehicle for redesigning college systems so that the institution itself is restructured to provide intentionally designed, clear, coherent, and structured educational experiences that guide students from the point of entry through attainment of postsecondary credentials, transfer, and/or career placement.
