Associate in Arts in Kinesiology for Transfer

The East Los Angeles College in Arts in Kinesiology Transfer degree provides an opportunity for stu-dents to complete the first two years of study leading to a bachelor’s degree in a California State Uni-versity. By selecting the proper courses, students may have a seamless transfer to a Cal State University without loss of time or credit. Students must complete a minimum of 60 required semester units of CSU-transferable coursework with a minimum GPA of 2.0, including a minimum of 21-23 semester units in the major with a grade of “C” or better. Certified completion of the California State University General Education Breadth (CSU GE Breadth) or Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curricu-lum (IGETC) pattern is also required. Students wishing to complete a Kinesiology transfer program should consult with an academic advisor to plan their program.
